The "Not-So-Cozy" CrewI am in the third month of waiting for shipment tracking information and delivery of my order. The Cozy Crew's tracking that they provide is through a third party tracking service that doesn't provide any details other than "Order Processing."I have contacted The Cozy Crew's Customer Service numerous times and the only response appears to be an automated response and doesn't provide any specifics to my order or numerous requests for a refund.I have a hard time believing that The Cozy Crew is a legitimate business and isn't more than an elaborate scam.They should change the name of their company to "The Sleazy Crew" that way potential customers won't be disappointed when they fail to deliver or respond.
