These are beautifully crafted & I ordered 2 on this deal. Unfortunately 1 had the incorrect inscription on. Upon querying it, TheCraftyGiraffe were quick to respond and were. very apologetic, promising to replace it, however 3 wks later, this hasn’t arrived. I was advised that they were sorry but they did send it, but cannot provide proof of postage so there is no way for me to locate/claim it through the post office. They will not send another one - I just wanted what I ordered, not asking for a refund even. Their website suggests a process for items that are not correct and another for those not received, so it seems unfair that they will not act in accordance with their own advertised protocols. I have one very happy relative and his sibling will be most upset that she will not have one with the right details. It is such a shame because they really are beautiful products, but the true test of good service is how companies respond when there are problems. I could not find a way to post a review as testimonials seem to be uploaded by the company only on their website, which only seems to allow positive feedback. I have raised a case for TS with CAB, but wanted to post something to alert others to this potential pitfall. I honestly hope no one else experiences this & I am sure it is not a common occurrence, I am simply upset at the unwillingness to rectify the situation 😔
