I don't no how to do replays to emails I only text the man I first talked with was nice walking me through everything but my phone froze up than I talked with a lady she was very nice talked me through it again in my phone being to un freeze she lead me to text a copy of my ID in I did I was able to do everything I needed to do both was very patient with me I thank them for that thank you I took a picture of my ID my self it said it went through but didn't that's why I had to text it so thankful for them helping me through it all
