I ordered from The Cumin Club and the food is mediocre, at best. When I signed up for a subscription I did not see a way to select the frequency of my subscription. Apparently it defaults to biweekly. You are able to skip a delivery, which I've had to do on several occasions. The FAQ says you can change the frequency of your subscription on the Subscription page, but there is no way to change the frequency. You can change your address and you can change your payment method but not the frequency. So I decided to cancel. I was already signed into my account but the system asked me to sign in again. So I did, and my password wasn't recognized. There's no way to change your password, either. I initiated an online chat and sat for 20+ minutes waiting for a response which didn't come. I used the online form to request my subscription be cancelled. I have no idea if it will happen. There is an email address listed so you can reach them that way. I am beyond displeased with the way this company operates, and if this is their idea of a successful business model, I suggest they think again.
