Delivery was fine. But there is no point in offering small, mixed or large denominations for currency, if no notice is taken of the reply. I specifically needed and requested small denominations so I would be able to tip taxis, porters and bellhops etc on my forthcoming journey. (I use credit cards for almost everything else). My purchase of 500 or so Euros was sent to me with 23x20 Euro notes, which rendered my purchase virtually useless. Having been a regular customer, I will NOT be using Currency Club again.
