Very efficient, currency delivered on time, as requested, and a very good rate. My only reservation was the values of the notes provided in the two currencies I ordered, intended mostly for tips and small purchases. On the currency for which I requested mixed denominations, I received one note of value £200+ along with a few worth £2 or less. My request for small denominations in the other currency did not really address everyday needs. Could be helpful if one could be more specific with requests (subject to availability of course).
