I reached out to Currency Pros with some simple questions about their pricing and trial options, but the way they responded was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a price breakdown (because the subtotal and total didn’t match), instead of explaining clearly, they replied sarcastically with, “Do you know what taxes are?” which is not how a company should treat potential customers.I also asked politely if they offer any trial period, and their tone came across dismissive and condescending. Good customer service should involve patience and respect, especially when someone is interested in your product. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.
