Damaged: I ordered two cases, and one arrived damaged. The damage is located near the camera cutout.Low-Quality Print: The damaged case also has terrible print quality around the edges. I ordered a red case, but the edges are white, revealing the interior plastic. It looks like the red print doesn’t wrap far enough inside. I’ve used hard shell cases with printed backgrounds before and have never encountered this issue.Poor Material: The plastic feels incredibly flimsy. Somehow, even a $10 shell case from Amazon feels sturdier than The Diary's case.For $55 plus tax, this product is not worth the price and is certainly not the luxury item it claims to be. I've contacted customer service with photos and I hope they can help somehow.
