Absolutely amazing, I was so worried about explaining how I got myself into this situation, which was leaving a domestic violence relationship 8 years ago, and it took me 14 years to have the courage to do this, I had 2 children, and the debt just kept getting worse, I couldn’t afford to live, and bring my children up I was on a really low wage and no help from there farther, I had a mortgage, and all bills on top, clothing school meals, food, council tax etc, I ran myself in to the ground thinking there was no way out, which then bought on depression, I had bailiffs messaging say they were coming to take my things, and I just locked myself away, I wanted to end my life as I was living in fear of loosing everything, I stopped looking after myself and was in a bad way I didn’t get out my bed for days at a time laying there with my doors locked and curtains shut, scared Because they where ringing and messaging saying they were going to take my car, that I had on finance and I couldn’t then get to work to survive, they told me they will come into my house and take anything worth any money? I have nothing of value, I spoke to Matt and he went through everything really compassionately and easily…..so don’t be afraid like I was make the move with this company, stop those sleepless nights, knowing that you are doing your best, and literally have no where to turn and no one has the right to take your things it’s scary facing things I know!!! But trust the process please…..stop this bullying from bailiffs as it’s not right!
