I ordered a yellow diamond engagement ring with Michael and The Diamond Ring Company. The company came highly recommended by three of my colleagues, all happy customers! Before I got the recommendation for The Diamond Ring Company, my fiance and I had visited several other jewellers in Hatton Garden, and I found the experience to be very overwhelming, some jewellers were very pushy, and I didn't trust any of them. Michael could not be more different - he has many years of experience in the industry, he was very calm and transparent, explained everything very clearly to me and I never felt like he was pushing me towards anything. I took my time figuring out the design I wanted, and Michael was very patient throughout. I shared some photos of the design that I liked that included a peekaboo halo that I'd not seen offered anywhere else in London, and the end result was perfect! I found that it was also good value for money and a quick turnaround once I made up my mind, my fiance was also very pleased. All in all, a great experience with The Diamond Ring Company, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an engagement ring!
