Could not be happier with the full experience. I had sent a request over with examples of the type of ring I was looking for and they had got back to me straight away with a phone call to discuss with me in detail. They even said they wouldn’t be willing to produce the particular band width I was looking for for the diamond size as there wouldn’t be a guarantee that the diamond would have stayed on after so long. They are all about providing a service and have an amazing reputation which shows from the first phone call to receiving the ring. From telling them what I wanted to receiving the ring was only around 2 weeks which is ridiculously quick for a made to order ring. My fiancé was so happy with the ring and said it was absolutely perfect and everyone who has seen it has said how amazing it is. There is a reason these guys only get 5 star reviews. Alex was the one who sorted it all for me and he made sure everything went smoothly…absolute geezer. Just go with them you won’t regret it.
