Me and my partner chose The Diamond Ring Company for the purchase of our engagement ring after originally being recommended them from a friend who had also used them. We did our research and visited a few places in Hatton Garden and just felt incredibly confident in using them. At every stage both Michael and Alex were incredibly helpful and lovely to work with. They were not pushy at all, had a great selection of rings to look at and were able to support in tweaking designs to make custom rings. They talked through everything you would need to know and answered any and all of our questions and were super friendly and patient in the process. Their prices were also incredibly competitive as they don't have large and chain shop fronts, instead having an 'on appointment' room above the main shops in HG making the experience far more enjoyable and calmer. As for the ring. I am in love with it! They had such beautiful designs and were able to tweak mine making it feel bespoke and exactly what I was looking for. I am so so happy with my engagement ring, the quality of the diamond, the craftsmanship and the final product. So a very big thank you from us, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking at engagement rings and will be back for our wedding bands soon!
