They designed a bespoke diamond engagement ring from a design we found elsewhere, creating a mock-up and advising on adjustments of how the ring and diamond placement would look to ensure it was the perfect design.Michael was incredibly helpful and patient each step of the way, ready to answer and reassure us with any queries. After we'd received the final ring, Michael was helpful with adjustments on resizing the ring. He has a very friendly and reassuring manner.Compared with a lot of shops in Hatton Garden, Michael was not pushing for a sale or trying to persuade us to buy from him, but quietly confident in his expertise and open to offer general advice with a big decision like buying an engagement ring. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the Diamond Ring Company again as you buy from quality craftsmen.
