Regarding my first review - the customer service was extremely slow and unprofessional. When they finally replied to me, they were blunt and barely answered any of my questions. One of my questions being about the returns policy which they never informed me about. Hence why I am annoyed.
They wanted me to pay more delivery fee than what the item was worth. Surely if they knew I would have to pay this much delivery charge that they would tell me prior and I could decide whether to get a new item for the same price or attempt to pay delivery fees both ways for them to tell me the item is not broken… they failed to answer my question in the emails and replied bluntly. I wish I never shopped here and I never will again… stop trying to make yourself look good by telling lies in the reply. You were extremely rude and blunt with me. And did not answer my question about the returns policy.
