The tuner arrived quickly, but the tune was not delivered on time. I had to send the serial number after receiving the tuner to obtain the tune, which they said could take up to 7 days. It finally arrived after 5 days, but in the wrong format. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no guidance after another 5 days.
