As a returning customer, I had several tiles customized with my chosen photos. They turned out beautifully and are durable as long as they are handled with care. The processing and delivery of my orders were also completed quickly.
The first tile arrived damaged, but after reaching out, I quickly received an email confirming a new order for the tile at no extra cost. The process was swift and straightforward, which was fantastic. Both shipments, the broken tile and the replacement, arrived faster than anticipated. One suggestion would be to enhance the packaging to reduce the chances of breakage, perhaps by adding a fragile sticker or more cushioning. Overall, I was impressed with how everything was managed.
After the passing of my aunt just before Christmas this year, I ordered a tile in her honor. It has truly assisted me in coping with my grief, providing a focal point for reflection and conversation. It’s absolutely stunning—thank you very much!
I ordered a personalized tile as a Christmas present but didn't check it upon arrival. When my husband unwrapped it, I was disheartened to find marks along the top edge. I reached out to the support team to express my disappointment, knowing I was past the 30-day period. To my surprise, I received a warm response from the representative, who assured me they would send a replacement tile at no cost. In today's world, my expectations for companies to rectify issues are quite low, but the service team handled everything with professionalism and kindness.
It's been nearly a month and I'm still waiting. The tracking information is unhelpful and provides no updates. At this stage, I'm beginning to feel like I've been deceived and that the service is unreliable. I am definitely not satisfied with my experience.
