I've ordered a few times from this company. This is now the second time I have had problems and they are now losing me as a customer moving forward. My bottles arrived leaking and sticky all over. I emailed customer service requesting a return label to return my order and requesting a replacement set. I was asked for pictures showing the level of resin in the bottles, which I provided. They received the photos and I was then told that I did not need to send back the resin, that they would send me a replacement kit. After several days with no confirmation of the replacement kit being sent, I emailed them to ask when I could expect my replacement. I was then told that their Warehouse manager had been consulted and the support staff person was only able to offer me a 20% refund. After being promised a full replacement.
