Reached out to TEC at 11:30pm, the amazing team of Tim and Jay had a driver inroute by 9am the next day. Continuous contact and the driver Jay was simply amazing! Critical customer SAT issue for us and TEC knocked it out of the park. We don't typically do lots of freight transactions however TEC will get any and all I do have moving forward!
