I really like that I get full information on each visit of what will be done and how much it will cost. My 3 year old Sproodle needed extensive dental work and I was quoted a price which would be amended once xrays, extractions etc were carried out as there was a possibility more teeth would need to be extracted. It turned out better than expected and fewer teeth removed. I got a refund!!!! NEVER had that before in 40 years of taking my dogs to vet. Took pooch back for vacs and sent comprehensive info on flea/worming that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Would definitely recommend.
