I took my cat here for a visit regarding an ear infection, I was advised that it probably was something incredibly sinister; but as she is older, prescribed some medication that in a short time cleared the infection. On return, I had a follow up appointment which lasted all of 1 minute for the Vet to advise nothing different to what I could have diagnosed myself at home. I was charged £65 for this which is absolutely outrageous, I understand Vets need to be profitable but I honestly believe that once you’ve already paid a hefty charge, a quick follow up should be included. If vets weren’t so greedy then perhaps this would support more people being able to look after their animals properly. Also, my cat is very well, despite the grave diagnosis which was completely incorrect, for a simple ear infection. I would not recommend.
