Do not trust to the The Finchley Vet, unfortunately! I have had failed to be provided Stronghold for my cat, despite she is a club membership and it’s paid for.This clinic put me in stress each time I was trying to contact them. Each time it’s a big deal to receive supply for my cat , but overcharge clients they can without any doubt! Very rude and unhelpful receptionist, who every question runs to ask Vet, but Vet does not bother to speak on the phone. I have been refused to be given nail treatment for my cat and it’s as well is part of club membership which is paid monthly from direct debit. My experience left me very disappointed and upset. I wish to run away from them! Is it safe to trust to these people, trust them your most precious in this world? Small business company with highest ever prices I have seen, but with bad attitude . I have never offered to be called by Vet out off busy ours to sort out my concern. You have to email them, but they will decide whether to respond or not. I left very upset, in tears and helpless! Please do think before you join them! Keep your pets safe!
