They are RIPP OFF!!First and last visit.Our dog was examined and vaccinated few days ago . I had my invoice emailed, when I got home and looked at it, I was shocked as Simparica Trio ( for treating tick) was sold to for £54 and Milpro for £15.82 .I went back strait away and asked for refund , but they refused and said they would not take medicine back. They said that next time they will let the customers know about the price before.If I was given the invoice while I was at the surgery, I wouldn’t have paid three times the amount for it.They are ripping off their customers. And not trustworthy .
