These vets decided to give my cat to a complete stranger who has effectively stolen my cat. All the vet says is he has fulfilled his legal obligation as he has tried to contact this person who refuses to give my cat back but he cannot do anymore.These vets are absolutely disgusting they do not even care that they have given my beloved pet to a stranger I have contacted the Police
