This was a total scam. I was not on my game when I ordered the fleece sweater, which took ages to arrive. When it finally did, it looked nothing like the advertised image. They falsely advertised a satisfaction guarantee and easy returns, which turned out to be untrue. I was offered a choice of a 20% refund or to ship back to Germany at my own cost, which was more than what I originally paid. I took the 20% and ended up with a mere $8 refund. Total scam! I'm usually good at researching these things, and I feel embarrassed.
