My biggest regret?…..not reading this before I purchased! I bought 4 blankets after researching shipping policy etc…they said fast shipping in 7 days. I reached out after 10 as I didn’t even get a tracking #. They said they didn’t ship yet due to postal strike, yes we do have a strike but do have other carriers. Since they hadn’t even shipped I told them to cancel as there was no way I’d receive now before Xmas. They absolutely refused to cancel. I emailed back and forth many times telling them they can’t fulfill to cancel. It was finally after I told them I have put a dispute into my credit card company they finally agreed to give my money back. I can’t speak for the product but if the initial customer service is any indication….you better stay far far away! What kind of company thinks it’s ok to hold into your funds without releasing product??
