The website clearly states the order ships in 1-3 days. When it had not shipped after 7 days I emailed to cancel my order. It took them 24hrs to respond. They would not cancel my becuase it had "shipped" that morning. The shipping company finally picked it up that day but it wasn't going anywhere. Another 10 days go by and finally received my queen blankets. Hahahaha, shame on me for not paying attention to the measurements. We received what I call throw blankets but they might work for a twin mattress. Their "queen" won't even reach the edges of my queen mattress. I guess I can market myself as GIANT⁵'⁹". The website says easy returns but after reading their policy and reading reviews I know it'll be cost prohibitive and a waste of time. I would not recommend this company unless you want to wait, and definitely order the largest blanket they have if you want it go over the edges of your queen size mattress.
