Cheap material and sizes are not true to size. I purchased a size small in pyjamas $49.99. They were way too small and pants are very short. I contacted them and they told me to keep them and they will refund me 10%. I said I can’t wear them and that I would have spent almost $50 on something I can’t wear! They offered to send me another pyjamas in a large. What I received was an X-large which obviously did not fit me. I contacted them again. They now offered to refund me 20%. But I still can’t wear either of the pyjamas. I asked for a full refund. They said that I had to mail them back to Germany which will cost me more than $30 with tracking (as they requested). I am so frustrated with this company. I’ve never in my life had to deal with such an unprofessional business. What a waste of $50!
