Frustrating Experience with Order Issues

We mistakenly ordered the incorrect size blanket for our child, which was not inexpensive. We promptly reached out for assistance via email, but received no reply. There was no chat option, cancellation feature, or phone contact provided. While researching the company, we encountered numerous negative reviews, particularly regarding similar issues. Instead of attempting to change the size, we followed up with another email to cancel the order, but again, we received no response. Eventually, when they did get back to us, they claimed the item had already shipped, despite no notification on our end. We communicated with a representative who stated it was already with their shipping partner, leaving us feeling helpless. Given our experience, I strongly recommend purchasing from a different seller. We are extremely disappointed and believe we deserve a refund, as we are now stuck with a blanket we do not want. The return process appears to be excessively complicated, as noted by others.
