I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience. I placed five orders as gifts, and not a single one was correct. The quality was very poor, and the customer service was lacking, as they only respond via email. The merchandise shipped from a location far from where I expected. There was no information included in the package, not even a return address. The items had cut labels, and the muslin blanket I ordered, which was supposed to be queen size, turned out to be as small as a throw blanket and only had two layers instead of six. I was asked to pay for the return. I feel like I received subpar merchandise. I was very disappointed, especially since I don't have much money to spend and expected to receive what was advertised. I feel taken advantage of, and I've seen many other negative reviews about this seller. Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns!
