I ordered 2 shawls as Christmas gifts. They looked stunning online, but in reality, they were not as appealing. The major issue was that one shawl had black stains on the cream fabric. I reached out to the support team, and it took several days, along with a follow-up email, to get a response. They initially offered a 20% refund, and when I declined, they increased it to 30%. However, I can't use the shawl because of the stains. When I inquired about returning it, they provided an address in Germany! There was no prepaid return for their defective product. I would recommend avoiding this company.
