We spent 6 days in the apartment over Christmas, and unfortunately, the heating was not functioning for most of our stay. We reached out to the support team multiple times, but no effective solution was provided. It was only on the final day that we received a portable heater, which was inadequate for a three-room apartment. The only compensation given was a £60 refund, which does not adequately address the seriousness of the problem. Overall, the experience fell short of basic comfort standards.
