I paid for 2 flights to Bangkok on 29th June, I was promised my money back after they tried to hike the price up! We have received no confirmation of booking and yet they still took our money. We have been in contact everyday requesting our money back, each time we are promised our money will be back in our account within 24 hours. We are now 8 days in and still waiting!!Do not book with The flights Fare, it is all a scam, they advertise low fares, take your money and then con you into paying a lot more than advertised. Customer service is horrendous, Shea who was dealing with my complaint told me to “stop talking, I don’t know the facts” extremely disrespectful despite holding over £2200 of my money. Worst experience booking flights ever. Avoid at all costs!!
