The service was generally satisfactory; however, there was one significant issue. When I booked a return flight to the Philippines for four months, I paid £1470. Upon arriving at the airport, I was not allowed to check in because travelers to the Philippines are granted only a one-month visa. Since my return flight was scheduled for four months later, I had to purchase a forward journey ticket or another return flight. This crucial detail was not mentioned during the booking process, and the forward ticket ended up costing me an additional £180.
