I rang the flooring outlet as I needed to change my carpet due to mobility needs. James came to see me at home and showed me a selection of carpets & underlays, he was both knowledgeable & Friendly and someone I was happy to invite into my home. James was not pushy at all, he just guided me through the various quality & types of carpet while also looking at the thickness to assist with my walking.I was happy with his quote and after paying I booked for the fitting the following week.The fitters arrived as arranged & what a breath of fresh air. They were efficient & helpful and made a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Making me laugh along the way with their great sense of humour.I would highly recommend “The Flooring Outlet” to anyone, from my first call to the office and all the way to the fitters leaving it was a great experience made very simple by everyone there.
