Flowzy could do what it states on its website - be helpful. Easy contact, that has not happened. Easy returns, has not happened. Order was well beyond delivery date, tried to contact Flowzy, nothing. Cancelled order and asked for a refund, nothing. Began the process with PayPal, finally a response. Have been engulfed in platitudes and emojis since but nothing real. Order has arrived and is sitting there waiting to be returned. Was offered a 30% discount to keep it, then 50% discount talk about bribery! Just want to send item back and get a refund! Unless you have lots of time to spare seeking satisfaction from this company, go elsewhere. They do not appear to have any integrity.
