I still haven't received my fountain after weeks of waiting and when I emailed to follow up, they responded saying someone would get back to me and they never did. I'm constantly having to chase this and when I go to the tracking department it still states waiting to be picked up by carrier. I'm will update my review when I am either refunded or receive my water fountain.
