I have bought few items which I've returned. We are now on the 30th Dec and the items were received on the 13th, however i still didn't receive my refund. I have emailed and chased the customer care service only to received automatic emails and an email saying my money have been refunded without that being actioned. This is a very disappointing experience taking in consideration the prices of the products.
