After ordering a beautiful dress for my son’s upcoming wedding, I reached out to the store to set up an appointment for another size or different look. Lily MacPartlin set a day and time for me to come into the store while I would be visiting London from the United States and reassured me that she’d help. Lily was the best! She listened to what I was looking for and brought me a ton of options. I finally decided on a beautiful blouse and trousers. She also showed be a gorgeous pair of shoes that I ended up buying when I returned to pick up my altered trousers! Lily took time to listen to what look I wanted to create and gave me honest feedback. I’m so excited to wear this chic outfit to my son’s wedding. Side note— Lily asked how long I’d be in London and made sure my alterations were expedited before I headed to Dublin. She is from Dublin and graciously wrote a list of places to visit. The personal service I received from Lily was AMAZING! This was my first time shopping with The Fold and it won’t be the last. I will definitely share my experience with others!!
