I’m so dissatisfied with the service from this company. The first dress arrived with a hole in the sleeve and terribly crushed. 11 days following the return of the faulty garment , I haven’t received any correspondence that they have received it and no refund of the £350. The 2nd garment which was the same size as the first was very small. The third garment , a coat ,was like a rag - Massively crushed , with a dirty mark on the front.Communication is poor and I will be interested to see how long it takes to refund me . I’m afraid I won’t use them again , it’s unacceptable.
