The low key style of in-store customer service takes some getting used to. It can feel a bit chilly and off-putting when you see what looks a like a high-spending regular being fawned over nearby. However, I have rarely had staff be so helpful when it somes to assisting with trying multiple sizes of multiple garments without conveying inconvenience and offering stellar advice on posible alterations that I would not have dreamed were possible. As a result, one visit to purchase one item led to three subsequent additional purchases over the following few weeks. Alterations are of outstanding quality as they know their own merchandise so well, as well as being fairly priced and quite quick, even when there is a lot of work required.
