I have been put off ever ordering anything from the Fold again, which is a shame. I used their try before you buy service, which seemed the perfect option so I didn't have to fork out £495 on a jumpsuit which may not fit. Unfortunately, it was very long in the leg length. I returned it the day after well within the 5 day try on period. I received an email a week or so later confirming they had received my return and I wouldn't be charged. Then 3 weeks later whilst I am on holiday, I wake up to a message saying thank you for payment of £495. I checked my bank account and there is a charge of £495 for the jumpsuit I sent back! This really upset me and put a real dampener on my day. I sent back an email with copy of their email saying they had received the item. Fortunately a lady got back to me within 2 hours saying she would look into this. I've now had another email saying I will be refunded for which I am relieved. I'm not sure how soon I will get this refund, but it's quite a big chunk of money to be taken when I've nothing to show for it. Fingers crossed they sort it soon.
