My order was delivered on 15 Oct 2025, and I initiated a return request on 21 Oct—well within the 7-day return period. Unfortunately, the company did not respond via email, phone, or messaging apps. They only got back to me after the return window had closed and were quite rude in their refusal to assist. I even lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but they disregarded that as well. Additionally, they remove negative comments from their posts and website to conceal unfavorable feedback. They sell low-quality products at inflated prices and provide no customer support. Exercise caution before making a purchase from them.
