The worst customer service ever! Shady business conduct

I purchased from them in the name of my studio as a suggestion made by one of my clients . They wanted to try first and then we agreed if they are good we ll order for all of them. What followed was a horrible experince! But I am glad it ended as it did so I am saved from making a mistake of ordering bunch of their products and /or suggesting my clients to purchuse them. I made an order from what I thought was a Canadian company. I will later find out that they just took over from what was once a Canadian company and since then focusing on USA and Australia (they ship and work in those two countries not in Canada ).But the real issue is not their fake Candian image and zero focus on Canada (one of my client openly asked them if they are Canadian company TWICE on their socials and they answered to every comment but hers ) nor their artificial boosted number of followers on Instagram (nowadays many do that ) nor the fact that they invest in online/social media game while not at all in customer service (all of these are problematic in itself but nor the issue here )The problem is that they did not deliver or sent a product, covered for their mistake , were cuaght in it and then like true charlatans instead of owning it they doubled downIt started by me ordering from them and never hearing from them again. My clients were curious to try new props so they kept asking about it and then maybe order themselves . When I said I haven't recived anything after I paid they pressed me to contact the company and ask. When I did ask what is happening with my purchase since I haven’t heard from them they respond in a short, very informal, dismissive manner saying that it must be an issue with delivery service and they will check. I complained about their informal and dismissive conduct with a frustrated customer and ask for more details since the link to the delivery service that they just then provided me does show that they made a label electronlicay but it does not show they actually handed them a actual parcel at any point CEO's fiancee Tamarah Kay answered to that as apparent head of customer service obviously not by expertise and started lecturing me how I should take their behavior and repeating that they contactedd delivery service and I should wait for their answer. Mind you all this time they are well aware they screwed up (or at least they should be )- they never actually sent my orde - and instead of owning it and appologizing that they never contacted me after me paying them and then that that even 2 weeks after delivery guys do not show any proof that they actually received parcel (meaning they did not send it), Tamarah lectured me instead and urged me to wait keep pretending it is all due to delivery service! It was clear they are not a serious company but a bunch of charlatans trying to make hype of what the are selling online while having no clue (or care) how to conduct a business. I replied if they want me to wait they should at least send me a proof they actually sent something all those days ago! Of course they did not. They thought I do not undestand the labels. But I did work at customer service for years when I was young. It was clear that their delivery service never recived the parcel . Not to this very day! So instead of owning that they attacked once again in a hit and run manner - refunded and "banned me from ordering ever again " . What ? Who does that ? How childish is this to say the least how unprofessional and even fraudulent to say the most .So basically I waisted my time and nerves, was mislead and lied to and ended up with nothing . Well not nothing - I gained valuable insight in what kid of company they are. I will never purchuse anything from them and neither will my clients and I am thankful that they showed their true colors. You can see they boost their social media presence by how little likes and engagement they have comparing to huge number of followers, By now we all know that those who are trying to portrait themselves as leaders and influencers any field do that fake boost that has nothing to do with reality.As for their products : basically what they sell is half domes and balls and toe deviders - all you can get online for MUCH cheaper price just without their “brand" . Do not waist your money or nerves or time. It is all just good marketing and social media game . I want to take the Australian guy who is actual expert and filling videos for them as well Nick who is actual PT and started company in Canada ages ago out of this ! This is not them. Company is now led by Mr Lyon and his fiancee and I dont think any of the too is PT or movement professional in any way and they certainly are not professional in leading a company
