Placed order on 5.11.25. I received notification from Royal Mail package had arrived at the Hub on 7.11.26 and would be delivered 8.11.25. But so far not arrived. Emailed Foot Collective on 10th November to ask where parcel was and they advised giving it few more days - despite the Royal Mail advising delivery on 8th. I have waited but still no parcel by 14.11.25, what is more worrying is customer service are no longer replying. I have asked for refund as now believe I have been scammed, but customer service have gone ‘comms dark’. Will need to put this down to experience as unlikely to receive goods or refund I guess. Be warned. UPDATE: did get a reply so at least I know this is legitimate. Parcel eventually arrived 10days after placing order. Company have refunded the postage, thank you. Will update further when I have had time to see if worthwhile investment.
