I ordered from Freeze Pipe for a couple of holiday gifts. I thought I gave myself plenty of time (two weeks) to receive the merchandise prior to Christmas and I still haven’t received my items. The shipping status is still sitting at “Label Created”. They have charged my card already and now I’m stuck without two gifts. Other reviews indicate that shipping and communications are a trend with this business. I am now finding out after the fact. Buyer beware, they pay for high profile advertising and offer discount codes to entice you to purchase and then make the customer suffer with subpar shipping and customer service standards.
