Shipping process around Black Friday, there was a lack of communication for a week and then I got my notification that I was getting it almost two weeks after ordering…very disappointing in that sense.I have my pipe and I love it, I think the 2023 model is an almost flawless design.Exterior for sure, the interior needs work as it needs to be tilted downward to avoid inhaling wet brown tar onto your lips.Keep up the good work!
