TheFreshBook is a scam! I initially was to download a gym exercise graph via a link from Pinterest then asked to confirm a payment of £0.01 to download the graph, then next day I woke up to see a notification from my bank saying a payment of £34.90! I was on the phone with my bank for 1 hour but they can't do anything about it, because I 'authorised' it! It's a scam!! I now emailed the Fresh Book via an email address, request a cancellation or refund, but I have no hope I will get the money back!
