I am writing regarding the violation of my funded account and I sincerely request you to please review my case.
I recently purchased two accounts on your platform:
• 2-Step Evaluation Account: 10146 (still in evaluation phase)
• Instant Funded Account (50k): 13403
At the time of the incident, my 2-step account was in good profit (1000+ USD), and I had just started trading on the 50k funded account, with only around -89 USD drawdown. I was being very careful and strictly following all the rules.
Before placing the trade, I always check open positions across my accounts to avoid any violation. While doing this, the website suddenly showed an error page, so I reloaded it. After reloading, I again checked all positions and charts, and no active trade was visible. Only after confirming this, I took a short position on my funded account.
Immediately after placing the trade, I received a violation for hedging. This was very shocking and stressful because I had taken all precautions. If the existing trade had been visible, I would never have taken the position. I also contacted your Telegram support, and they mentioned there could have been a server or system issue at that time. But no one replying after that.
I have just started my journey with your platform and invested my hard-earned money. Losing the funded account because of a possible technical or visibility issue is very painful. I sincerely request you to please investigate the logs and help restore or re-enable my account.
