"I purchased a funded account from The Funded Room purely based on the trust and reputation of its founder, Mayank Raj. However, my experience so far has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I made the payment via Crypto (USDT on the ERC20 network). The transaction was successful on my exchange, and I have the blockchain TxID to prove it. Even their own website gateway showed a green tick stating "Payment Completed".
Despite all this clear proof, I have NOT received my account credentials (MT4/MT5 details). It has been almost 24 hours! There is absolutely no update on my email or the client dashboard.
To make matters worse, their Telegram support team is extremely unhelpful. Instead of taking 2 minutes to verify my Transaction Hash on the blockchain, they just copy-paste automated replies asking me to "wait 24 hours for manual verification." In 2026, which prop firm takes 24 hours to verify a simple crypto hash?
This is a very disappointing start for a new prop firm. I trusted this brand, but right now, my money is stuck and I have zero access to my trading account. I strongly advise new traders to be very careful with their slow system. Resolve this immediately!
