Apologies Mayank bhai for using this platform for my issue resolution as i am not getting any response from telegram support team.
I had opened multiple account.
Account id - 7608 ( 2 Step Evaluation)
Account id - 23249 ( 2 Step Evaluation)
I had raised two concern, which has not been resolved yet.
1) Raised concern on 27 February(you can check in telegram chat) Trade in GBPUSD chart always open in big -ve position so we can not set SL properly.
2)Issue with 2-Step Evaluation Account – Account ID 23249.
I raised a concern on 03 March regarding my account (Account ID: 23249).
I opened a 2-step evaluation account on 3rd March. The daily loss limit is set at -250, and my account is currently in profit (green). Despite this, on the same day, it is incorrectly showing as FAILED with the message “daily loss limit exceeded.”
Since my account is in profit and has not breached the -250 daily loss limit, this appears to be a technical issue with the evaluation account. I had previously reported this concern via Telegram but have not received any response from the support team so far.
Please help in resolving these issue.
